A social media enthusiast, a passionate marketer and the Head Maven at Windchimes Communications. One man, many roles. And Nimesh dons these diverse roles with enviable ease. 
 
Nimesh has over a decade’s experience working with Indian FMCG companies in the field of sales and marketing. He has gained expertise, over the years, in charting business roadmaps, team building, and communication development.
 
Nimesh, post specializing in Marketing from the prestigious NMIMS B-school in Mumbai, went on to work as an Area Sales Manager with Britannia Industries, where he gained firsthand experience of varied markets with his stints in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Mumbai. One of his key responsibilities while at Britannia included leading a team of sales representatives and distributors in each territory as a part of the growth expansion plans.
 
In 2005, Nimesh donned the role of Brand Manager at Marico Ltd where he played a key role in co-creating the brand architecture for all variants of the iconic health brand Saffola. He was also closely involved in developing several insightful communications and instrumental in devising award winning media innovations, leading to bagging many an industry award for the brand.
 
In 2008 Nimesh, with his colleague from Marico, Sandhya Sadananda Gupta, decided to start his own venture in social media, and started off Windchimes Communications (www.windchimes.co.in).  The venture, which was a first of its kind in India, was set up with the aim of creating word of mouth marketing campaigns for brands making effective use of social media.
 
At a time when social media was in a nascent stage in India, Windchimes took upon itself the mantle of educating the Indian audiences about social media marketing and its potential. Armed with a deep rooted belief in social media and its power to change the face of communication, Sandhya & Nimesh have grown the company from a Mumbai-based 4 people organization in 2008 to a global-award-winning specialized social media firm spread over Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bangalore.
 
'God lies in the details' is a mantra that he lives by and the art of negotiation is best learned at his feet. While not busy shaping up Windchimes, Nimesh prefers to travel – an avid traveler who is ready to backpack and head out at the slightest opportunity. If not that then you will see him cycling on the Mumbai roads or busy honing his skills on sarcasm.
